Because neuromodulators are priced by the unit, it helps to know roughly how many units an area tends to take. Most treatments fall between 20 and 60 units. Every face is different — muscle strength, treatment history, and the result you’re after all shift the number — so treat these as a guide for planning, not a quote.

Therapy is delivered in series of three. How many series you need depends on how your habits change between visits and how consistently the at-home exercises are practiced. Some progress in fewer, some need more.

Consultation fees are credited to your treatment. The fee shown above is charged at booking and applied in full toward your first service, provided you book it within 30 days of your consultation. It is not an additional charge on top of the treatment price. If you choose not to move forward, the fee is retained and is not refundable. The Peak members are not charged a consultation fee.
The price is the price. What's listed is the full cost of the service. No facility fees, injector fees, or product surcharges at checkout. Sales tax applies to retail products only.
Neuromodulator pricing is per unit. All four neuromodulators — BOTOX, Dysport, Xeomin, and Daxxify — are priced equally at $13 per unit. Members pay $11.70 per unit. Your total depends on how many units your treatment requires, which your provider will confirm with you before treating.
IV therapy. All infusions are prepared and administered under Utah USP 797 immediate-use guidelines by a registered nurse.
Packages and series. Package prices are paid in full at purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions are transferable to another person but are not refundable once the series has begun.
Menu updates. Pricing is current as of the date shown above and may change. A price quoted in writing at your consultation is honored for 30 days.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your reserved time to another guest.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment incur a fee equal to the cost of the service or $50, whichever is less, charged to the card on file. No-shows are treated the same as late cancellations and incur the same fee.
Late arrivals. We’ll do our best to accommodate you if you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, though your treatment may need to be adjusted to fit the remaining time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered a no-show.

A fully unused package may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, unused packages are eligible for store credit only.
Once a package is in use, cancelling mid-package refunds the amount paid less the regular non-package price of the sessions already received.
Packages expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any sessions left unused at expiry are forfeited.
Unopened and unused items may be exchanged or credited within 14 days with a receipt. Opened or used products are final sale.
Defective items are replaced at no cost.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They do not expire.

Cancelling stops all future payments. Your membership stays active through the end of the cycle you have already paid for, and any remaining points are yours to spend up until that date. There is no refund for the current cycle.
While your membership is active, unused points roll over and expire 12 months from the date they are issued.
