You should still look
like you. Only rested,
refreshed, and completely
yourself.
The best injectable work is invisible. Nobody should be able to point to what was done. They should simply notice that you look well. Our injectable team approaches every face as an individual composition, with the goal of restoring what time has changed rather than replacing it with something new.
What We Believe About Aesthetic Injectables
Injectable treatments have earned a complicated reputation, and not without reason. When fillers are used to construct a new face rather than support an existing one, the results look exactly like that. Overfilled lips. Pillowed cheeks. A frozen quality that reads not as youth but as work.
The philosophy here runs in the opposite direction. Faces are not projects. They are people. The features you have are the ones worth working with, the ones worth supporting, and the ones that, restored to how they looked a few years ago, make you look genuinely well rather than visibly treated.
Every consultation starts with listening. What bothers you, what you love about your face, what you would never want to change. Your treatment plan reflects your goals and preferences. And if something isn't right for you, we will say so too.
Your injector will not recommend a treatment in the first few minutes. They will ask questions, look at your face from multiple angles, understand your history, and think. The plan follows the assessment — not the other way around.
Conservatism is a skill. Knowing what not to do, how much product not to use, which areas to leave alone — this is what separates an injector who enhances from one who transforms. More can always be added. Starting carefully is always the right choice.
What looks beautiful in a social media aesthetic is not always what serves your face. Your bone structure, your proportions, and the specific changes your features have undergone are the guide. Trend-chasing produces trend-looking results. Anatomy-first produces results that look like you.
If a treatment is not right for you, we will tell you. If what you're describing is better addressed by a different approach entirely, we will say so and explain why. Your outcome matters more to us than the appointment.
Volume, Structure, and Renewal
Hyaluronic acid fillers restore volume where it has been lost, smooth lines that have settled in, and redefine contours that have softened over time. HA is a substance the body produces naturally, which makes these fillers exceptionally well-tolerated and, importantly, reversible. Results are immediate and typically last from one to two years depending on the area and product. The treatments below are organized from most to least commonly requested, though every face is different and a consultation determines what is actually right for yours.
Lip filler is the most commonly requested injectable treatment, and it carries the highest risk of looking overdone when not approached carefully. The philosophy here is the same as everywhere else on the face: enhancement of what is there, not construction of something new. That means respecting your natural lip shape and proportions, restoring volume that has thinned with age, defining the border that has softened, and addressing any asymmetry without erasing the uniqueness that makes your lips yours. The result should read as healthy and natural, not as filler.
The cheeks are the structural foundation of the midface. As the fat pads of the cheek deflate with age, everything above and below changes with them: nasolabial folds deepen, the lower face appears heavier, and the face loses the gentle convexity that reads as youthful. Restoring cheek volume does more than fill the cheeks themselves. It lifts the surrounding structures, softens the folds, and returns the face to a shape that a syringe placed elsewhere cannot replicate. For many patients, addressing the cheeks produces the most noticeable overall improvement per volume of product used.
A defined jawline anchors the lower third of the face, reduces the appearance of jowling, and creates the clean separation between face and neck that keeps a profile looking sharp. Filler along the jawline can be used to define a naturally soft jaw, restore a jaw that has lost its angle with age, or improve symmetry where one side differs from the other. Combined with Radiesse in the neck when appropriate, it addresses the full lower face as the connected structure it is.
The hollows beneath the eye are among the earliest and most noticeable markers of facial aging. As the fat pad that cushions the lower eyelid descends and thins, a shadow forms that reads as tiredness regardless of how much sleep you have had. Careful filler placement beneath the orbital rim restores the smooth transition between lower lid and cheek. This is one of the most technically demanding areas on the face, requiring both precision and restraint. We also offer PRF EZ Gel as an alternative to hyaluronic acid filler for this area. As an autologous (from your own blood) gel preparation, it carries no risk of Tyndall effect, stimulates collagen improvement as it absorbs, and is an excellent option for patients who prefer not to use a synthetic product in this delicate zone.
The chin is the anchor of the lower face and a significant contributor to how the profile reads from the side. A chin that is mildly recessed or lacks projection shifts the apparent balance of the face, making the nose appear larger than it is and softening what should be a defined jawline. Filler placed at the chin tip or along the chin body adds projection, improves side-profile definition, extends the jawline cleanly, and can correct left-right asymmetry in a way that is barely perceptible to anyone else but immediately noticeable to the person in the mirror. Often combined with jawline filler for a complete lower-face result.
Most people do not notice temple volume loss until they see it pointed out. But once you see it, it is unmistakable: a hollowing at the sides of the forehead that gives the face a skeletal quality and causes the brow to descend. Restoring temple volume is one of the most effective structural treatments available because it lifts and supports the lateral brow and restores the oval facial shape that reads as youthful. It also frequently reduces the appearance of crow's feet by addressing the tissue tension that drives them.
The lines around the mouth tell a particular kind of story: years of expression, of smiling, of speaking, of living. They are among the most honest lines on the face, and also among the most troublesome when lipstick bleeds into them or they deepen beyond what feels comfortable. Perioral filler softens vertical lip lines, restores lip border definition that has blurred with age, and addresses marionette lines at the corners of the mouth that can impart an unintentionally downturned expression.
A full face balancing appointment treats the face as a complete composition rather than as a set of isolated concerns. Volume, symmetry, and proportion across the entire face are assessed before determining where product will produce the most meaningful improvement. This approach often uses less total product than treating areas individually, because addressing the underlying structural causes rather than individual symptoms produces results that feel harmonious. The format we recommend for anyone new to filler or considering a more comprehensive refresh.
Hands betray age in a way that a carefully maintained face cannot always compensate for. The fat pads on the back of the hand thin significantly with age, making veins and tendons increasingly prominent and the skin increasingly crepey. Filler restores the youthful plumpness of the hand quickly and effectively, with results that are immediately visible and last roughly a year. For patients who have focused care on their face, addressing the hands completes the picture in a way that feels genuinely cohesive.
Fillers and Biostimulators Are Not the Same Thing
The distinction matters, because they work through completely different mechanisms and serve different goals. Knowing which is right for you is something your injector determines at consultation.
Your Own Collagen. Rebuilt.
Biostimulators work fundamentally differently from fillers. Rather than adding a substance that occupies space, they deliver a stimulus that prompts your own body to rebuild collagen in the treated area. The result develops gradually, over weeks and months, as new collagen forms and matures. And because the collagen is yours, it lasts significantly longer than any filler can.
Sculptra and Radiesse are the two biostimulators we offer. Each has a distinct profile, is used in specific ways, and is right for different patients and different goals. Both require patience. Both reward it.
Patients who choose biostimulators are typically those who think in terms of sustained improvement rather than immediate correction. The gradual, natural-looking quality of the results and the multi-year duration make them an excellent foundation for a long-term aesthetic approach. They are also worth considering for anyone who wants the results of filler without the maintenance schedule that shorter-duration products require.
Sculptra contains poly-L-lactic acid, a biocompatible substance that stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen across broad treatment areas. Applied across the full face in a dilute solution, it gradually rebuilds the collagen scaffold that gives skin its firmness and support. Results are subtle at first and progressive over several months, ultimately producing an improvement in overall skin quality, fullness, and structural support that looks like you simply haven't aged the way you expected to. Most patients complete two to three sessions spaced several weeks apart.
Hyperdilute Radiesse applied to the neck and decolletage area delivers calcium hydroxylapatite in a diluted form that prioritizes skin quality improvement over volume. It stimulates collagen and elastin production in the neck, tightening lax skin, softening horizontal neck lines, and improving the crepe-like texture that develops in the neck years before the face shows comparable change. Many patients find neck skin quality is the first thing that ages them and the last thing that gets addressed. Radiesse changes that.
A non-surgical approach to gluteal volume, lift, and contour using hyperdilute Radiesse injected across the buttocks. The treatment stimulates collagen production in the treated tissue, improving skin quality, restoring volume that has been lost to age or weight changes, and creating a lift and projection that does not require surgery, compression garments, or downtime. Results develop gradually and naturally over several months. An excellent option for patients seeking meaningful improvement without a surgical procedure.
Next-Generation Growth Factor Therapy for Hair
PRF, Platelet-Rich Fibrin, represents the evolution of PRP for hair restoration. Produced from a small draw of your own blood processed without anticoagulants, PRF creates a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors slowly and consistently over time rather than all at once. The concentration of platelets and growth factors in PRF is meaningfully higher than in standard PRP, and the slower release profile sustains the stimulus to the hair follicle through a longer active window.
Injected directly into the scalp in the areas of concern, PRF delivers growth factors including PDGF, TGF-beta, VEGF, and IGF-1 directly to the follicle level. These signals promote the shift from resting to active growth phase, improve blood supply to follicles, and support the overall follicular environment in a way that promotes denser, healthier hair over a series of treatments.
PRF hair restoration is well-suited for early to moderate hair thinning, the hairline changes of hormonal aging, and as part of a comprehensive program for patients experiencing hair loss related to GLP-1 therapy or rapid weight loss. It is most effective when the follicles are still active and viable, which is why beginning treatment early produces the best outcomes.
